Ash GreyMelano sat at the edge of a steep hill, looking down into the lower levels of the forest and valley. Light snow flakes fell from the grey cloud sheets, a thin layer of powder resting on the wolf’s black pelt and piling around her legs. Tall pine trees stood, snow piling on their naked branches. Overhead the sun shone weakly, casting meager rays on the bright snow when the chance came.
From her elevated spot the wolf could examine the forest, hearing the cries of the remaining birds and the shuffles of rodents or small hares running about. Melano shook her head, flakes flying off he Ash Grey

The hospital houses patients with fatal paper cuts and scabs

I've been watching my awesome cousin submit her pictures into DeviantArt, and admired her confidence and skill. So, I decided to take the chance. I'm going to submit some of my writing, most of them from school, and hope that the more superior writers and poets don't eat me for breakfast...and then spit me out because I'm so lame. (Sigh)

I'm open to any advice so if you have any, please share.
